Include Order Number and Refund/Exchange Request
When returning the item, kindly include a note inside the package with your order number and the request for a refund or exchange. This will help us identify your order and process your refund efficiently.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be fully met:
- The products must not have been used, worn, washed, modified, or damaged.
- The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal intact.
- The products must be returned complete and unused, in their original packaging. If you are returning a kit, please make sure it includes all of its components.
- The return process must be initiated within 21 days from the date you received the products from ykra.net.
- The return items must be shipped back to ykra.net within 21 days from the date the package was delivered to you.
Cost of Return
Please note that the cost of return, including the shipping fees and, in some cases, customs fees, will always be the responsibility of the customer. We kindly ask you to arrange and cover the return shipping costs. If the return package is received without the shipping fee or customs fee paid, the respective amount will be deducted from the total refund.

How to submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned items and ensure they meet all the return conditions, we will initiate your refund immediately. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
