In the past few years, along with changes and challenges, we’ve seen the growth of YKRA — and the growth of our team. After 10 years, with boxes being stacked from the floor to the ceiling, the need for a bigger workplace to fit us all in had arrived. While our office space went through an expansion, we hunkered down in our warehouse during the renovations, when one day a surprise visitor came around. 

We wanted to capture this moment in our new collection. Each morning, a curious cat would visit our office “jungle garden”. Peering through the greenery, and a path lined with palm trees, he’d stare at us through the lush vegetation. We named him Jungle Cat, and he became the main character and inspiration behind our latest YKRA Kids collection.

Since then, we’ve moved into our new office space, but our visitor has left his mark. He landed a spot in the pattern of our new collection.
